NatWest Thrive Everyone can play competition 

Terms & conditions 2025

a. Competition is open to young people aged 7-16. Entries must be submitted by Teachers and Youth Workers who are registered to NatWest Thrive who are GB residents. Competition is not open to employees of We Are Futures / NatWest group of companies, their families or anyone associated with this competition.

b. One entry per person. Entries must be on official entry forms and submitted via email to thriveteam@nationalschoolspartnership.com OR by post to The Education Company, Denne Court, Hengist Field, Oad Street, Sittingbourne ME9 8LT and are not returnable. They, and the copyright for them, become the property of the promoter and entrants agree to execute such further documents, and do any act that may be necessary or desirable, to ensure ownership of such copyright vests in the Promoter.

c. Entries must be received by 5pm on 1 December 2025.

d. Entries not submitted in accordance with these rules, delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post. Proof of posting OR sending by email will not be accepted as proof of entry.

e. There are four prizes available - one for a youth club in England and three for schools in England, Wales and Scotland. The three regions are defined by postcode. The prizes will be awarded to the four entrants who in the judge’s opinion work from the lesson content provided and design the most active inclusive game in their region that everyone can enjoy no matter their ability, confidence level or experience. Entries will be submitted on official entry forms; entrants can submit their game idea by writing a summary or labelling a diagram. The judge's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

f. The prize comprises of a Paralympic athlete visiting the winning schools/youth club and taking part in the game with the winning group. The dates of the visit will be subject to athlete availability, and the prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

g. Winners will be informed by phone or email by 7 January 2026 when information about the winner[s] will be available by sending a SAE to “NatWest Thrive Everyone can play competition Winner List" at the address given in condition (b) above. The prize must be redeemed by 31 March 2026.

h. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the surname of the winner(s) and copies of the winning entries.

i. The winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this competition, and that their entry may be used by the promoter for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, online, or the promoter’s social media sites.

j. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winning school or youth club and no response is received within 7 days the promoter will be entitled to dispose of the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winners for having done so.

k. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
